Users visiting our website are doing so for a reason. Text should be easily scannable to help users find information quicky.  


Text needs to be concise, clear, and written specifically for use on the web. Write information in short phrases or paragraphs using uncomplicated language. Use headings, lists, and clear sectioning of content to improve scan-ability and retention.
